Beautiful Decay - Art of the Week

If you aren't familiar with Expresso Beans, go check it out. It is an amazing print forum. They do a weekly award winner, and this week it is PBG's own Handiedan with her "Beautiful Decay" time limited release. Congrats!

Handiedan Time Limited Editions (Official Info)

Phone Booth Gallery is proud to present two new time limited edition prints from prolific dutch artist Handiedan. With numerous sold out print runs, and in an effort to spread Handiedan's amazing talent to a larger audience, the time limited edition is a great way to make her work available to all collectors without sacrificing the signed and numbered aspect of normal print runs. Both prints, Beautiful Decay (14" x 23.4"), and "Two Blondes" (16.5" x 23.4") are available individually or as a set, and since they are not normal frame sizes, there will also be an option for inexpensive custom framing (pictured). The prints will go on sale on Saturday, August 21, at 12:00 am Pacific Time and will be available until 11:59 pm, a full 24 hour period. Enjoy!

Handiedan Strikes Again - This Time in the UK

UK Gallery Electrik Sheep released a new Handiedan Print, which as they say was "Quickest sell out we have had at 22 Pink Lane," selling out just under 50 seconds. Congrats to those that landed one!

"Retroism" Curated by Kareem Rizk

Our good friend and awesome collagist Kareem Rizk curated a show at Retrospect Galleries in Australia, featuring many talented artist, including his own work and work by Phone Booth regular Handiedan. Kareem will have his solo show with PBG in June, so this is a great show to check out a couple of his new pieces, as well as what to expect from his solo. There must have been a lot of crazy collectors sitting at their computers this morning, as Handiedan's latest print sold out before we could blink. Congrats to those who picked one up!

Official Handiedan Information Announcement

The fine folks over at Seizure Palace has recently finished printing Handiedan's 12 Color Screen printed masterpiece. Nick is a maniac, and has produced some of his best work to date on this one... They are currently on route to Holland, where Handiedan will sign, number, and hand-embellish the whole edition. After they arrive back safely in the states, we will post them to our print store.

No pre-sales or previews for now. Best way to get a hold of one is to add your name to our mailing list, and keep an eye on our twitter. If you have an RSS reader, that works pretty good. We have had tons of interest in her work, so this one you won't want to sleep on.

Handiedan and Others at Art Asylum Boston

This Saturday, the fine folks at Art Asylum Boston are hosting an exhibition called "Elements" which with a lineup of Rourke Van Dal, Amose, Jesse Reno, and Handiedan, is sure to impress. Make sure to swing by their popup spot at 85 Newbury St., Boston, MA on the Second Floor.
