New Evanimal Print Release Info

Phone Booth Gallery is proud to present new screen printed art by Evanimal titled "Bountiful Booty." Created originally as an art print, Evanimal previewed the design as a t-shirt on Emptees.com, instantly awarded "Tee of the Day" and drew 50+ comments, including "people! do yourself a favor and buy this! it’s awesome!," and "i pooped my pants in a good way when i saw this."

The four color hand-pulled screen print on French Paper is an artist's art print, indeed. Signed and Numbered, the small edition of 75, at an easy $40 is not bound to last too long. Official release date is set for March 19, 2010. Mark your calendars.

Evanimal - "Bone Pile, NJ, 10/31/73" Screenprint

Just in time for Halloween, Los Angeles based artist Evanimal gives us "Bone Pile, NJ, 10/31/73," a vintage depiction of a jam session between Dracula, Wolfman, Frankenstein, and The Creature from the Black Lagoon! This handprinted two color screen print on French paper is an edition of 75, and can be seen in all it's glory in our print store:

Eggs and Sausage Group Exhibit

Our group exhibition dedicated to Tom Waits was pretty awesome! A ton of people came out and had a blast with us at House of Hayden on Long Beach, CA. Dave Hayden treated us like kings, and hung the artwork in his psychedelic suspension technique... Exhibiting artists included: David Rankin, Aurora Armijo, Shannon Freshwater, Jaya King, Karin Hassler, Billy Dyson, Dave James, Irene Grishin-Selzer, Illworx, Sherlock, Mark Michelon, Ryan Milner, Evanimal, Erik Lomen, Brandon Clark, Andrew Loder, Garry Booth, Arlene Reyes, Kevin Bannister, Chester Burnett, Ken Meyer Jr., David Owen, Marisela, Nick Marquez, Nathan Wettstead, and David Atkinson. Kevin Tong did the widely acclaimed Show Print:
